Can I try IdealTwin for free before committing?
Yes, you can try IdealTwin free for 14 days or start with the Free Plan, which allows you to explore IdealTwin’s core features. You can also schedule a demo with our team for a guided walkthrough of advanced tools.
What if I need help setting up IdealTwin?
We offer onboarding and training as part of the Scale and Enterprise plans. For other tiers, you can access detailed documentation and support through our Help Center.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades: Changes take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the billing cycle. Downgrades: Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I get a custom solution for my company’s needs?
Yes! Our Enterprise Plan is fully customizable, offering white-label solutions, custom integrations, and premium support. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that needs change. You can cancel your plan at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
Currently, the only way to add extra details to invoices is by updating the company or project fields in your account settings.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed per project or development, with the final amount based on the number of units. For example, you can upgrade one project while maintaining a Free Plan for others. We always strive to align the specific plan to your project’s needs. Contact us if you have questions.
Is there a limit to the number of users on my account?
The Free, Pro, and Business plans support up to 2, 3, and 5 editor users, respectively. The Scale and Enterprise plans offer unlimited user access.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual pricing?
Monthly pricing offers flexibility, while annual plans provide significant savings of up to 20%. Annual billing is ideal for clients looking to maximize value.
